The official pump price of petrol in Nigeria has just been increased, according to the recent information coming from a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) known as Pipelines and Product Marketing Company (PPMC).
In an official statement which was obtained by Vanguard, the D.O Abalaka of the PPMC, informed the general public that a new product price adjustment has just been effected on their payment platform. Abakala further narrated that the new price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) had now been increased and will be sold at one hundred and fifty-one naira, fifty-six kobo (₦151.56k) per litre, while also stating that the pump price will takes effect from 2nd September 2020.
